(5) All images are captured in order to exhibit products as realistically as possible. However, due to variables, there may exist a slight difference between pictures and products. Please do not hesitate to email us for further requirements etc.

All pre-order items are on a stock availability basis. If the item you have pre-ordered ran out of stuck, rest assured that we will provide you with a full refund. Please refer to individual posts regarding stock arrival dates etc.
