Ordering Guide

Thank You for stopping by rincreations! You're probably asking at this point - how do I place an order? It's fairly simple, just follow the steps and guidelines below.

(1) Choose your product.

Evidently, but what we also mean is to check whether your coveted item is in stock! We carry limited pieces for most products, as our items are either made or sourced from overseas/locally, so do buy early to avoid disappointment. Please take into account the name of your desired item as shown, and if colour variations are available, please do state them as well! Remember, we at RC try to be as specific as possible in providing product descriptions and measurements. Please check your sizes first.

*Reservations of items are allowed on a 24-hour basis. If payment is not received within 24 hours, the next buyer in line who makes payment first will be given priority.

(3) Wait for your confirmation of order, then make payment.

Now, now. We know you're excited about your purchase, but please do wait until we send a generated invoice to your email before making payment. The invoice will state your total bill amount, plus postage. Our bank account details will also be provided to you for online transfer/deposit/bank transfer. If you are a new customer and hesitant about exposing your bank account number to us, no sweat - we being experienced online shoppers understand. Please head to your nearest bank and deposit the amount required, and take a snapshot of the receipt! Send it to us in reply to your given invoice (or quote your invoice number) and we will get back to you shortly. Please refer to our "Disclaimer" for more details on your privacy and rights!

(4) Wait for your confirmation of purchase.

Upon clarifying with the bank about received payment, a receipt will be sent to you stating amount paid, item details and date of postage. A tracking number, if applicable, will also be sent to you for your convenience. An email will be sent to you on the day your item gets posted out.
